Having a center for E-beam and X-Ray food treatment using Beamcomplex complexes will enable to create a large volume of food with 5-10 year shelf life, which will make it possible to provide the population with food for a long period of time, despite the risk of constraints in the next food supplies due to armed conflicts, pandemics, natural/man-made disasters and other negative factors.
